Return/Refund Policy

In case of any defects found in the fabric you purchased, Elliott Berman Textiles advises to return the product, unaltered and uncut, along with your purchase order or original invoice within 30 days only in order to receive a full refund. Regarding the defective products only, the shipping cost will be included in the full refund as we are responsible for our errors. Otherwise, the costumer would be responsible for the cost of shipping. Elliott Berman Textiles shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages. As we do not exchange fabrics, we do suggest to make a return as fast as possible (no longer than 30 days) to help assure the refund.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Elliott Berman Textiles shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
