I bought this to make a top for myself but may use it for a dress for my granddaughter. Or buy more and do both because I love it that much. It is not sheer but is very light weight. Yet, it has a crispness and oh so smooth feel to it. The colors are beautiful. I washed it in cold water and tumbled dry. It came out perfect with barely any noticeable wrinkling. Coloring is like what you see on the description. Very pretty!
